Tolas [1] is the capital of the Torumekian empire. It is the seat of the emperor of Torumekia, the Vai Emperor. It is located in the south of Torumekia, on the shores of the Inland Sea.
Tolas was once a great city, the remains of which still stand. The current city of Tolas, sometimes called a "parasite city" is built on the ruins of ancient Tolas.
Notable locations include the Vai Emperor's "Palace in the Sky".
