Kuwan is an autonomous state in the Periphery [1]. It is along the Inland Sea, between the Sea of Corruption and the Torumekian Capital City of Tolas.
Kuwan is part of the treaty with the Kingdom of Torumekia and required to bring a gunship and contingent when called on by the Vai Emperor. No specific gunship or chieftain is identified in the narrative.
