The Torumekian Military Academy [1] is where Kurotowa was posted prior to becoming Kushana's military attaché.
Very little is mentioned about it except there are indirect references: first is the young pages arming Kushana [2] and the second are the young cadets seen falling to their deaths after Asbel shoots down the two Bumblecrows [3].
On the second instance, Mito comments how foolish it is to bring cadets on campaign, so it doesn't seem unreasonable to assume that the pages who armed Kushana and the falling cadets were one and the same: all cadets from the military academy.
